Ms. Pauletter Rena Williams was born on May 9, 1966, to Esther Lee Williams and Paul Clem Banks. She is a proud graduate of Texas Southern University and a lifelong learner who has continuously advanced her education and professional development.
Early in her career, Ms. Williams was recognized for her academic achievements in high school, where she was honored as both an honor roll student and the “most improved student.” Following graduation, she pursued training as a Certified Nursing Assistant through the State of Texas, which launched her career in healthcare. Her first role was with St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston’s Medical Center.
In 1991, while working at St. Luke’s, Ms. Williams returned to Texas Southern University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration (2011–2014). She later advanced her studies and completed her Master of Business Administration in 2024, earning placement on the Dean’s List.
Ms. Williams also completed training as an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) under the leadership of Dr. Valier, where she developed diverse skills as a healthcare administrator. To further strengthen her expertise, she achieved certifications as a Certified Assisted Living Facility Administrator (CALFA) and Memory Care Administrator (MCALFA-IMCA) in 2019.
Her passion lies in education and service. She teaches seminars on Alzheimer’s and dementia care, sharing her knowledge to empower families, caregivers, and professionals. In addition, she is an entrepreneur actively opening businesses that reflect her commitment to healthcare and community wellness.
As an author, Ms. Williams has already published one book, Tracking Journal, and is currently working on her next project entitled Deborah, Come Forth Now Judges 4.
With her combination of academic achievement, professional dedication, and entrepreneurial vision, Ms. Williams continues to lead with purpose as the Founder and CEO of Serenity Health & Safety, LLC.
